Icelandic Provisions Mango & Passion Fruit Oatmilk Skyr 5oz Containers
1/4 Cup
Oatmilk
4 Tablespoon
Chia seeds
1-2 Teaspoon
Agave, maple syrup, or sweetener of choice
optional
1/8 Teaspoon
Turmeric
optional
Coconut cream, diced mango, passion fruit pulp
optional for topping
Recipe
Step 1:
In a medium bowl mix together the mango & passionfruit skyr, coconut milk, chia seeds, agave, turmeric, salt, and whisk together until combined.
Step 2:
Cover the bowl with a lid or with a piece of plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to rest overnight.
Step 3:
Divide the pudding between two cups, top with coconut cream, fresh mangos, shredded coconut, and enjoy!
