Superbowl Nachos

Description

Swap in skyr instead of sour cream for a more nutrient dense option! The perfect nachos for Superbowl Sunday.

Ingredients
6 Ounces
Corn Tortilla Chips
1.5 Cup
Mexican Cheese Blend
shredded
1 - 15 Ounces
Black Beans
can, drained and rinsed
1/2 Cup
Pico de Gallo
1/3 Cup
Pickled Jalapeno Slices
1/4 Cup
Cilantro
1/3 Cup
Icelandic Provisions Plain Skyr
Recipe
Step 1:
Heat oven to 375°F. Scatter half of the tortilla chips into a 9-inch skillet, followed by half of the beans, and half of the cheese. Place in the oven on the center rack for about three minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
Step 2:
Remove the skillet from the oven and top with remaining chips, beans, and cheese. Place the skillet back in the oven for 3-5 minutes, or until all the cheese has melted.
Step 3:
Top with pico de gallo, jalapeño slices, skyr, and cilantro. Enjoy right away.
