White Chocolate Pistachio Magic Shell Skyr Cup

Just mix Icelandic Provisions Vanilla Skyr with pistachio butter, top with melted white chocolate and chopped pistachios, and pop it into the fridge. In a few short moments you’ll have a crackly top of chocolate perfection ready for breaking in with your spoon!

Ingredients
1 - 5.3 Ounces
Icelandic Provisions Vanilla Skyr

1 Tablespoon
Pistachio Butter
2 Tablespoon
White Chocolate Chips
1 Teaspoon
Coconut Oil
1/2 Teaspoon
Chopped Pistachios
Pinch of Flaky Salt
Recipe
Step 1:
Mix in one tablespoon of pistachio butter into the vanilla skyr until fully combined.
Step 2:
In a separate bowl add the white chocolate chips and coconut oil and microwave in 15 second intervals until just melted. Give the mixture a good stir until smooth and glossy.
Step 3:
Spread the melted chocolate over the pistachio butter skyr mixture and top with chopped pistachios and flaky salt.
Step 4:
Leave the skyr in the fridge for about 10 minutes and you’ll be left with a crackly chocolate topping. Break in with a spoon and enjoy!
