High Protein Magic Shell Skyr Cup
Description
Thick & Creamy Icelandic Provisions Vanilla Skyr gets swirled in with peanut butter and gets topped with a layer of dark chocolate and crushed peanuts and flaky salt. A quick pop into the fridge and you’ll have a crackly top of chocolate perfect for breaking in with your spoon!

Ingredients
1 -5.3 Ounces
Icelandic Provisions Traditional Vanilla Skyr
1 container
1 Tablespoon
Peanut butter
2 Tablespoon
Chopped dark chocolate
1 Teaspoon
Coconut oil
1/2 Teaspoon
Chopped peanuts
Flaky salt
for topping
Recipe
Step 1:
Mix in one tablespoon of peanut butter into the vanilla skyr until fully combined.
Step 2:
In a separate bowl add the chopped chocolate and coconut oil and microwave in 15 second intervals until just melted. Give the mixture a good stir until smooth and glossy.
Step 3:
Spread the melted chocolate over the peanut butter skyr mixture and top with chopped peanuts and flaky salt.
Step 4:
Leave the skyr in the fridge for about 10 minutes and you’ll be left with a crackly chocolate
topping. Break in with a spoon and enjoy!
